1. Returns for Quality Issues Only

We only accept returns or exchanges for items with confirmed manufacturing defects or functional issues. Returns based on personal preference, subjective feel, change of mind, or any other non-quality-related reason are not accepted.

2. Buyer Pays Return Shipping

If a return is approved for reasons other than our error, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Contact Us First — Let's Find a Solution

Before returning any item, you must contact us to discuss the issue. We are committed to resolving your concerns fairly. Possible solutions include:

  • A partial refund
  • A discount code for a future purchase
  • A mutually agreed alternative arrangement

4. Return Window

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item under the conditions above and place a new order.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to make the final determination on all return and exchange requests.
